ORDERING:

Q: What payment options can I use to pay for my order?

A: We accept credit card payments online (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), also PayPal, Google Checkout, and Checks via mail.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?

A: All orders shipped to locations outside of the state of California are not subject to sales tax.

All orders shipped to locations in California are subject to the sales tax rate of 8.75%. However, if you have a California State reseller certificate, then you qualify for tax exempt status and will not be charged sales tax for shipments within the state of California. To establish exemption eligibility, your CA Reseller’s certificate must be submitted prior to the purchase of the products.

Q: How can I check the status of my order?

A: The quickest way to check the status of your order is to use the Order Status page or email us at: sales@uneedhardware.com .

Q: How do I cancel my order?

A: Due to the time sensitive nature of order cancellations, it is best to contact us as soon as possible. Please call our Customer Service Dept. at (909) 468-9282.

Cancellation Request:
Once an order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled, rerouted, or redirected. If you would like to return the item, you will need to follow the "Standard Returns Policy". Do not refuse the delivery of non-damaged goods as this will result in up to a 50% restocking fee. A delivery refusal may also result in the loss of your product and may void any possibility of a refund. You may also be charged for roundtrip shipping costs.

Items that are custom made, special order, special/custom size, or made-to-order cannot be cancelled.

Q: What do I do if the item I received was not the item I ordered?

Q: What should I do if the product I received was damaged, defective, or missing parts?

A: Please contact our Customer Service Dept. by phone: (909) 468-9282 or email: sales@uneedhardware.com so we can send you a replacement item as soon as possible. Please read our Damage & Defective Goods Policy for more details.

Q: I would like to return an item I ordered. What is your Returns procedure and policy?

A: If you would like to return an item that is in new condition with its original packaging, you may return the product (with freight-prepaid by the customer), within 30 days from the purchase date. Return merchandise are subject to a 20% Restocking fee; All returns for Revashelf items and Kitchen & Bath Cabinet Organizers are subject to a 30% Restocking fee per the manufacturers' policies. Please contact us prior to returning merchandise and read our Return Policy for more details.

Q: Can I get a discount if I am ordering more than one item?

A: Additional discounts cannot be given to any Clearance items and/or Products listed “on SALE.” Volume Purchasing/Large order quantities of 20 pieces or more of an identical item, same size and finish, will receive additional discounts. Please contact our Sales Dept. via email for a special quote. SHIPPING:

Q: What Shipping options do you offer?

A: Most Items will be shipped via UPS. Options for this service include: Standard Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air. UPS does NOT ship to PO Boxes.

Q: How do you determine the Shipping rate for my order?

A: All shipping rates are determined by the UPS shipping gateway, calculated based upon each product’s weight and dimensions, package size, the shipping location, and shipping service selected.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Most In-Stock orders ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. After you’ve placed your order online, we will send you an email confirmation with a scheduled ship date. Once the order has shipped, we will email you again with the tracking #. Generally, you should receive your order in 3-10 business days.

Q: Do you ship orders to International locations?

A: At this time, we only ship orders to locations in the Continental USA, including Alaska and Hawaii.
